Indian Restaurant Manager in Ar-Ruwais We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, overseeing the operations of our restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the restaurant, including supervising staff, ensuring quality customer service, and maintaining financial records. In this role, you will need to have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with both customers and staff. You should also have a deep understanding of Indian cuisine and culture to ensure the authenticity and quality of our dishes. Key Responsibilities Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Manage finances and maintain accurate records Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall performance Collaborate with head chef to develop menus that are authentic and appealing to customers Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in a restaurant setting Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Strong leadership abilities with proven track record of managing a team effectively Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
