About the Job
Sea Wonders General Trading LLC is looking for a smart confident and hardworking Indoor Sales Quotation Executive for our battery wholesale division.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily battery enquiries through email, WhatsApp and phone
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and sales orders
- Reply to customer emails professionally and promptly
- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders
- Coordinate with suppliers for prices and stock availability
- Maintain customer records and develop good customer relationships
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams for order processing and deliveries
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential
- Hindi communication skills preferred
- Malayalam will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Good email drafting and typing skills
- Smart confident energetic and quick to learn
- Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries independently
- Previous indoor sales or quotation experience preferred
- Smart freshers with excellent communication and computer skills are welcome
- Battery industry experience is not required
- Training will be provided
