Industrial Engineer - Lusail, Qatar An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our growing company in Lusail, Qatar. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in the field of industrial engineering. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate their ability to improve production processes, reduce costs, and increase overall efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency
Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
Conduct time studies and create work methods to improve productivity
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Prepare reports on production performance and present findings to management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or related field
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound recommendations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
