URPopular is looking for a highly execution-oriented Influencer Operations & Content Executive who can manage influencer programs as well as coordinate content, video production, events, and digital content initiatives for our clients.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with creators, coordinating multiple moving pieces, and getting things executed from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Discovery & Activation: Search and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms based on client requirements; reach out to creators at scale and build an active creator pipeline.
- Affiliate Influencer Onboarding: Contact, negotiate with and onboard a large number of influencers onto affiliate and performance-based influencer programs for our clients. Continuously expand and manage these creator communities.
- Influencer Program Management: Coordinate campaigns from onboarding to execution, including briefs, communication, content timelines, approvals, tracking, links, deliverables and campaign reporting.
- Creator Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with influencers, solve execution issues and ensure creators remain active and engaged with ongoing programs.
- Content Operations: Coordinate scripts, concepts, shoots, edits, approvals and publishing of videos/content for clients and URPopular initiatives.
- Video & Production Coordination: Work with creators, videographers, editors, designers and internal teams to ensure shoots and productions are completed on time.
- Event Operations: Support and coordinate influencer events, brand activations, shoots and on-ground production requirements.
- YouTube Channel Operations: Work with internal staff and external creators to launch and operate YouTube channels, including creator coordination, content planning, production scheduling and publishing.
- Team Coordination: Work with other executives, interns, creators and production partners to ensure campaigns and content projects move smoothly.
- Execution & Tracking: Maintain trackers and ensure every creator, video, campaign, production and client deliverable is followed through until completion.
Who We Are Looking For
Someone who is fast, organised, highly proactive and comfortable with constant follow-ups. The person should enjoy speaking with creators, searching for influencers, coordinating shoots and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in influencer marketing, creator management, social media, content production, video production or event operations will be preferred. Strong communication skills, good internet research ability and comfort with Google Sheets/Excel are important.
This is primarily an execution role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, coordinate people and make sure things actually get done.
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month, depending on experience and capabilities
