- Build and continuously expand a strong, diverse, and high-performing influencer roster across Qatar and relevant GCC markets.
- Identify emerging creators and established influencers across lifestyle, food, entertainment, family, technology, and other relevant categories.
- Develop a structured influencer database including audience demographics, engagement metrics, content quality, rates, and previous performance.
Influencer Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Work closely with Social Media, PR, Events, Creative, and Vertical Marketing teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Identify opportunities to maximize earned visibility through organic creator content and brand mentions.
Commercial Negotiation & Partnership Optimization
- Maximize the value of every partnership through strategic negotiation and creative activation opportunities.

Performance, Reporting & Budget Management
- Own influencer marketing and ambassador budget planning, tracking, and optimization.
- Define clear KPIs for influencer campaigns, ambassador partnerships, and affiliate marketing.
- Benchmark creator rates and performance to ensure competitive and efficient investments.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
