Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and develop cybersecurity sales across the channel.
• Manage day-to-day communication and follow-ups with partners, resellers, MSPs and system integrators.
• Generate and qualify sales leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, proposals and open opportunities.
• Maintain and actively follow up on the sales pipeline to support revenue targets.
• Understand partner requirements and recommend relevant cybersecurity and IT solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams to support partner opportunities.
• Support partner onboarding, engagement and activation.
• Assist with partner meetings, product presentations, and webinars.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling across the cybersecurity portfolio.
• Maintain accurate sales and partner information in CRM and sales reports.
• Work closely with BDM, Sales, Marketing and Technical teams to progress opportunities and close deals.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in Inside Sales / IT Sales , preferably within cybersecurity, IT distribution or channel sales.
• Experience with cybersecurity solutions, network monitoring or related IT solutions .
• Strong communication, follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Good sales, negotiation and lead-conversion skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Target-driven, proactive and well-organized approach.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
