Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist
Monthly Pay: $7,700 - $8,300 USD per month
Summary:
This fully remote, Utah-based full-time Inside Sales Specialist converts inquiries and prospects into business service customers. You will conduct discovery conversations, explain options, and guide buyers from interest through close.
Job Responsibilities:
• Contact prospects by phone, email, and video to identify needs and buying timelines.
• Lead demonstrations and explain pricing, features, and value.
• Prepare proposals, follow up on open opportunities, and address routine objections.
• Record prospect interactions, next steps, and outcomes in the sales platform.
• Coordinate completed agreements with onboarding or service teams.
Qualifications:
• Customer-facing, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is welcome.
• Comfortable initiating discovery conversations and asking for commitment.
• Able to tailor recommendations to buyer priorities.
• Familiar with virtual meeting tools and digital outreach.
• Self-directed in a remote setting with follow-up goals.
