We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer with strong hands-on expertise in digital learning technologies, e-learning development, LMS/LXP platforms, and multimedia content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, digital courses, videos, simulations, and learning content using instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Develop storyboards, visual learning assets, videos, and interactive digital content aligned with business and learning objectives.
- Manage and support LMS/LXP platforms, including content administration, user management, reporting, and learner analytics.
- Collaborate with SMEs, HR, and business stakeholders to develop and continuously improve digital learning solutions.
- Research and implement emerging digital learning technologies and AI-enabled learning solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in digital learning, instructional design, or learning technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with digital authoring tools and LMS/LXP platforms.
- GCC experience is an advantage.
