Fostering best in class creative work on our platform, inspiring the industry through storytelling and showcasing our unique business brand at scale is the core focus of our collective team. Our purpose is to inspire, educate and unlock the possibilities on TikTok for the marketing community and businesses of all sizes.

We are looking for an experienced marketer to join our regional marketing team, based in Dubai and supporting Turkey, Kazakhstan, and Africa.

The team develops high-impact campaigns, events, experiences, and client programs that contribute directly to commercial growth. Our work focuses on acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and nurturing top-spending accounts through relevant, insight-led marketing initiatives.

This role is suited to a commercially minded, hands-on marketer who can turn business priorities into locally resonant activations and demonstrate how marketing contributes to pipeline growth, revenue acceleration, and long-term client relationships.

About the Role

The role will support three key business priorities: acquiring new clients, expanding existing client relationships, and nurturing top-spending clients through meaningful, insight-led marketing experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of regional campaigns, events, workshops, roundtables, sponsorships, client engagements, and bespoke marketing programs.
• Translate business and sales priorities into activations that support client acquisition, account expansion, and strategic client engagement.
• Manage concepts, budgets, timelines, production, invite strategies, content, client journeys, on-ground delivery, and post-event reporting.
• Identify, onboard, and manage agencies, suppliers, venues, production partners, and freelancers across the covered markets.
• Negotiate costs, oversee procurement and scopes of work, and hold partners accountable for quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Define measurable objectives and KPIs for every initiative, including attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, client progression, revenue impact, satisfaction, and ROI.
• Partner with sales, strategy, analytics, product marketing, leadership, and regional teams to connect marketing activities to commercial outcomes.
• Produce clear post-activation reports covering results, business impact, learnings, and recommendations.
• Manage multiple projects across different markets while balancing regional relevance with global consistency.
• Continuously improve the quality, effectiveness, and commercial relevance of regional marketing execution.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, field marketing, event marketing, brand activations, experiential marketing, or regional marketing roles.
• Proven experience activating marketing campaigns in Turkey or Turkish-speaking business environments.
• Strong experience managing events, client experiences, supplier relationships, production partners, and agencies.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders.
• Strong reporting skills, with experience measuring campaign effectiveness, ROI, and business impact.
• Proficiency in Turkish to collaborate with regional partners and key stakeholders based in METAP markets, where Turkish is the primary working language.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Demonstrated ability to connect marketing activities to commercial goals such as client acquisition, client growth, account nurturing, pipeline acceleration, or revenue influence.
• Experience in B2B marketing, technology, media, advertising, platforms, or digital businesses.
• Understanding of performance marketing, brand marketing, digital advertising, or client growth strategies.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, pipeline tracking, event reporting tools, and marketing performance dashboards.
