OISSG Consultancy is seeking an Intellectual Property Specialist for nomination to a government-sector assignment in Qatar, with at least 10 but less than 17 years of relevant experience.
Applicants must have experience working with Qatari government entities and a sound understanding of relevant IP legislation and their approval procedures for content publication, access, and use . Core expertise should include copyright and related rights, publication and reuse licensing, rights clearance for digitization and access, IP policies, and content-use agreements.
A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, professional certifications, and professional communication and drafting skills are required. Experience with archives, libraries, or cultural collections is preferred.
