Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and guest-focused Front Office Intern to become part of our dynamic team at SO/ Uptown Dubai . This opportunity offers aspiring hospitality professionals the chance to gain valuable practical experience in a luxury hotel setting, enhance their communication and guest relations skills, and develop a deeper understanding of delivering personalized service and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with room assignments, reservations, and guest registration.
• Answer incoming calls and emails, providing accurate hotel information.
• Learn and use the hotel's Property Management System (PMS) for daily operations.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Support daily administrative tasks, guest records, and shift handovers.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming Front Desk environment.
• Work closely with the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service while developing practical hospitality skills.

Expected start date: February 2027

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for hospitality.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional appearance with a friendly and service-oriented approach.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and willingness to support daily Front Office operations.
