At Midland States Bank, base salary is one component of our Total Rewards program. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as (but not limited to) education, skills, internal equity, and experience. This position offers additional compensation in the form of short-term incentives (i.e. bonus and/or commission) and may include long-term incentives (i.e. stock awards). Position Summary
The Loan Servicing Intern will provide assistance to the Loan Servicing Department with recurring operational and administrative responsibilities as well as special projects supporting the life of a loan.

Education/Experience:
The internship will run for Summer of 2027 beginning mid-May and ending early August.
Able to work a 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Enrolled in a degree program at a college or university with at least 2 years completed.
Works well in team environment.
Excellent written communication skills.
Demonstrates ability to learn and use new software and programs.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook, is preferred.
Comfortable working with technology and learning multiple banking systems.
Ability to follow established procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
