Wealth Management Distribution Associate

Location: Greenwich, CT

Base Salary: Up to $100,000 + performance-based bonus

Overview

A growing investment management business is looking to hire a commercially minded sales professional to support its continued expansion within the financial advisor market. The successful candidate will help develop new business opportunities, strengthen relationships across the wealth management industry, and increase engagement with the firm's investment solutions.

This role would suit someone with a background in financial services who enjoys client interaction, prospecting, and contributing directly to business growth. There is scope to develop into a broader sales or relationship management position over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with financial advisors and wealth management professionals across multiple distribution channels.
• Identify prospective clients and generate new opportunities through targeted calls, email campaigns, and virtual meetings.
• Support the introduction and distribution of investment products to advisory practices and wealth management platforms.
• Work closely with senior sales professionals to prioritize prospects, coordinate outreach, and progress commercial opportunities.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients and ensure timely, consistent follow-up.
• Explain the firm's investment capabilities and product range to prospective clients, tailoring communications to their needs.
• Monitor advisor engagement and identify opportunities to deepen relationships and increase product adoption.
• Build a thorough understanding of the firm's investment offerings, distribution processes, and client service model.

Candidate Profile

• Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• At least two years of experience in wealth management, asset management, financial services sales, or investment product distribution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage prospective clients directly.
• Comfortable with outbound business development and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Organized, proactive, and motivated by measurable commercial results.
• Interested in developing a long-term career in investment sales and relationship management.

Compensation and Development

• Base salary of up to $100,000, depending on experience.
• Uncapped quarterly incentive compensation linked to performance.
