Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and results-oriented International Property Consultant to join our top team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Abu Dhabi property market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close high-value transactions in both primary (off-plan) and secondary markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales transactions across Abu Dhabi most in-demand communities.
- Manage and maintain an active client database, ensuring long-term relationships.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
- Stay up-to-date with Abu Dhabi’s real estate market trends, regulations, and new developments.
- Prepare and execute contracts, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of proven international real estate experience .
- Valid UAE driving license and own car.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation , communication , and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated , target-driven, and capable of working in a competitive environment.
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, French, or Chinese are a plus).
