Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive person to manage inventory stores operations material handling and ERP-based inventory control processes. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in inventory management material receipts and issues stock reconciliation variance analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end inventory and store Inventory operations Handle material receipt inspection storage and issuance activities Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across all locations Conduct periodic Interim inventory counts cycle counts and stock audits Analyse inventory variances and implement corrective actions Maintain inventory records and transactions through ERP systems Coordinate with procurement supply chain project teams amp Production for material planning Ensure proper material handling storage and inventory control procedures Generate inventory stock movement and reconciliation reports Knowledge Experience in developing power BI VBA amp MS Office tools Support supply chain activities related to purchasing inventory and material management Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of ERP systems preferably SAP and Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Good understanding of Supply Chain Management including:

Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Engineering, OR B.Com, OR Bachelor s degree in engineering
