Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive person to manage inventory, stores operations, material handling, and ERP-based inventory control processes. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in inventory management, material receipts and issues, stock reconciliation, variance analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end inventory and store / Inventory operations.
- Handle material receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across all locations.
- Conduct periodic/Interim inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits.
- Analyse inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain inventory records and transactions through ERP systems.
- Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, project teams & Production for material planning.
- Ensure proper material handling, storage, and inventory control procedures.
- Generate inventory, stock movement, and reconciliation reports.
- Knowledge /Experience in developing power BI, VBA & MS Office tools.
- Support supply chain activities related to purchasing, inventory, and material management.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Management, including purchasing, inventory management, material management.
- Hands-on experience in inventory control & stock management, stores operations, material handling, inventory counts & variance analysis, material receipt & issue processes.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI and VBA reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
