5-10 years of experience within private equity, principal investing, M&A or corporate development. Exposure to media, content, entertainment, marketing services or creator-economy businesses. Strong transaction execution and financial modelling experience. Experience supporting acquisitions, due diligence and investment analysis. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills. Experience working directly with founders and management teams. Understanding of media and digital business models. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of ownership and execution capability. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on approach. Comfortable operating in a lean, fast‑paced environment. Willingness to relocate to or be based in Dubai. Degree-qualified with a strong academic background.
