Investment Sales Associate — New York City

What You'll Be Doing

You'll operate as a broker within the New York City market, working alongside senior deal-makers to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and close transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Cold calling building owners and prospective clients
• Generating and managing listing leads
• Performing property valuations and market analyses
• Attending and coordinating property tours
• Canvassing your market and building your pipeline
• Leveraging our proprietary database loaded with every NYC owner, transaction, and property data point
