Irrigation System Rectification, Timer Reconfiguration, and Pipeline Extension Works - Myra Villa
Scope of Work:
Inspect and rectify the existing irrigation system serving the landscape areas and planter boxes at Myra Villa, Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai, UAE.
Supply and install a new solenoid valve compatible with the existing irrigation system. Remove the defective valve and check the associated pipe connections and fittings.
Supply and install a replacement pressure switch inside the irrigation control panel, compatible with the existing control panel and system requirements.
Inspect the relevant electrical connections and verify the operation of the pressure switch and irrigation control panel.
Inspect and reconfigure the existing irrigation timer settings, including watering days, start times, and irrigation duration for each zone, as required.
Verify that the irrigation timer activates the relevant zones correctly and that the system starts, operates, and stops according to the programmed schedule.
Inspect the existing irrigation pipelines supplying the affected planter boxes to identify and rectify confirmed blockages, leaks, disconnected pipe sections, or other issues affecting water distribution.
Identify the planter boxes requiring additional irrigation pipeline connections or extensions.
Extend the existing irrigation pipelines to the affected planter boxes using suitable pipes and fittings.
Connect the extended pipelines securely to the existing irrigation network to ensure effective water distribution.
Inspect the relevant pipe connections, fittings, and irrigation outlets to verify proper water flow to the affected planter boxes.
Carry out functional testing of the newly installed solenoid valve, pressure switch, irrigation control panel, timer, repaired pipelines, and pipeline extensions.
Check the new pipeline connections and extensions for leakage and verify adequate water flow and irrigation coverage to the intended zones and planter boxes.
Make the necessary adjustments to the timer settings and irrigation connections to achieve satisfactory water distribution.
Conduct a final functional test of the complete irrigation system to confirm proper operation of the control components, automatic watering schedule, and water distribution to the affected landscape areas and planter boxes.
Conduct a site inspection to verify the scope of work and provide complete technical details, including the proposed brand name and sample pictures, along with the proposal.
