Purpose of the Role
The IT Administrator is responsible for supporting the reliable secure and efficient operation of the hotels Information Technology environment. The role provides day-to-day technical support to hotel Hosts supports business-critical and guest-facing technology systems assists with infrastructure and application administration and helps ensure technology services are maintained in accordance with Marriott International standards cybersecurity requirements and property operational needs.
Job Requirement:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in IT Computer Science Information Systems or a related discipline.
2-3 years of experience in IT support systems administration infrastructure support or a similar role.
Hotel hospitality or other 24/7 operational environment experience is highly desirable.
