Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Work with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Administer and support Active Directory environments.
• Support SQL, Exchange/O365, and enterprise storage systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot servers, virtualization platforms, and operating systems.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and system health.
• Troubleshoot networking issues involving switches, routers, and related infrastructure.
• Analyze infrastructure incidents and implement appropriate solutions.
• Support enterprise IT operations and infrastructure maintenance.
• Participate in shift and on-call support when required.
• Maintain effective technical documentation and operational procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience in IT infrastructure engineering or administration.
• Experience with Azure and GCP.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory.
• Experience with SQL, Exchange/O365, and storage technologies.
• Hands-on experience with servers, virtualization, and operating systems.
• Good understanding of networking, switches, routers, and troubleshooting.
• Strong monitoring and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Ability to work shifts or participate in on-call support when required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
