Job Overview We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist / Engineer to support and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments in Qatar. Key Responsibilities
Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
Work with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Administer and support Active Directory environments.
Support SQL, Exchange/O365, and enterprise storage systems.
Manage and troubleshoot servers, virtualization platforms, and operating systems.
Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and system health.
Troubleshoot networking issues involving switches, routers, and related infrastructure.
Analyze infrastructure incidents and implement appropriate solutions.
Support enterprise IT operations and infrastructure maintenance.
Participate in shift and on-call support when required.
Maintain effective technical documentation and operational procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
Relevant professional experience in IT infrastructure engineering or administration.
Experience with Azure and GCP.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory.
Experience with SQL, Exchange/O365, and storage technologies.
Hands-on experience with servers, virtualization, and operating systems.
Good understanding of networking, switches, routers, and troubleshooting.
Strong monitoring and analytical skills.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work shifts or participate in on-call support when required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
