IT Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Umm-Salal. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, open to both men and women. Responsibilities Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our company's technology systems Manage and maintain all hardware, software, servers, and networks Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation Ensure the security of our company's data and information by implementing proper security measures Plan and manage budgets for IT projects and expenses Oversee the training and development of IT staff members Provide technical support to employees as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, security protocols, and other IT-related systems Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure Preferred Experience working in Umm-Salal or the Middle East region Experience managing IT projects from start to finish Familiarity with cloud computing solutions Knowledge of Arabic language If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and leadership, we offer competitive salary packages, flexible working hours, and opportunities for growth within our organization.
