We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Manager to join our team in Umm-Salal, Qatar. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology operations, ensuring that systems are efficient, secure, and up-to-date.
Salary: 1700$
Role and Responsibilities: Develop and implement IT strategies and policies in line with the company's goals and objectives Manage all IT resources, including hardware, software, and networks Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of systems to ensure optimal performance Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise and provide timely solutions Ensure data security by implementing appropriate measures and protocols Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed Keep up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the industry to make recommendations for improvements Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and services Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security protocols Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they arise Experience managing teams and providing leadership to achieve departmental goals Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals Salary & Benefits:In addition to a competitive salary of 1700$, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
