IT Manager

TMC Middle East is looking for an Assistant IT Manager to join a well-established organisation in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned IT professional to take strategic ownership of a mature IT function while staying hands-on across infrastructure, systems, and vendor partnerships. • - Oversee IT infrastructure across Linux and Windows Server environments, including IIS and Apache web servers, network, and security components
• - Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects aligned with business objectives and ITIL governance frameworks
• - Manage third-party vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements
• - Administer and support the Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• - Mentor IT team members, manage escalations, and serve as a key liaison between IT and business leadership
• - 8+ years of progressive IT management experience with a strong balance of technical delivery and team leadership
• - Solid hands-on background in Linux, Windows Server, IIS, and Apache
• - Working knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language (Python, PHP, C#, or Java)
• - Practical ITIL-aligned service management and IT governance experience
• - Proven vendor management and Microsoft Dynamics ERP exposure in a corporate setting
