Requirements Nationality: Malayalee or Egyptian Fluent in English Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and database management Excellent leadership and communication skills Proven track record of implementing successful IT projects Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's IT systems and infrastructure Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software systems Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing proper backup procedures and cybersecurity measures Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements to current systemsSalary: 1700$ per month (tax-free)
