Position Summary

CNS Middle East is seeking an experienced IT Network Lead to design, secure, and optimize enterprise‑grade network infrastructures. This role is essential for ensuring high availability, security, and performance across data center, SD‑WAN, and cloud‑connected environments.

Detailed Job Description

As the IT Network Lead, you will take ownership of end‑to‑end network architecture covering data centers, enterprise networks, security, and cloud connectivity. You will work hands‑on with advanced technologies such as F5 Load Balancers, enterprise firewalls, SD‑WAN platforms, and high‑performance switching solutions. The role demands strong leadership during critical incidents, deep troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to design scalable, resilient networks. You will collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to support mission‑critical systems in high‑pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of secure and scalable network architectures
• Configure, manage, and optimize F5 Load Balancers (LTM, GTM, ASM, WAF)
• Manage enterprise firewall technologies including Cisco, Fortinet, and Check Point
• Implement and support SD‑WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela / Fortinet)
• Oversee data center and enterprise switching operations (Cisco, Aruba, HPE)
• Manage and maintain Cisco Catalyst switches in large enterprise environments
• Configure and optimize routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP
• Implement and support Network Access Control (NAC) solutions including Cisco ISE and Aruba ClearPass
• Support cloud and hybrid networking across AWS and Azure environments
• Lead critical incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service restoration

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 8–10 years of overall experience in IT Networking
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in network security technologies
• Strong expertise in F5 load balancing, enterprise firewalls, and SD‑WAN platforms
• Deep understanding of network design principles including HA, redundancy, scalability, and segmentation
• Proven experience supporting mission‑critical, high‑availability environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certification
• Fortinet NSE certification
• F5 professional certifications
• AWS or Azure cloud networking certifications
