Job Overview

An opportunity is available for an experienced IT Planning Analyst – Contracts in Qatar. The employer is seeking Arabic-speaking professionals with 5–8 years of experience in IT contract management, procurement, or supply chain operations.

The successful candidate will manage and coordinate IT contracting and procurement activities, including tendering, sourcing, vendor management, contract drafting, and commercial compliance. The role requires a strong understanding of IT contracts covering software licensing, SaaS, cloud services, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

Candidates should have practical experience with SAP/ERP systems, contract management platforms, CAPEX/OPEX budgets, and supplier performance evaluation. Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial sectors is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT contract management, procurement, and sourcing activities.
• Support tendering processes and vendor selection.
• Draft and review IT contracts and provide negotiation support.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
• Handle contracts covering software licensing, SaaS, cloud services, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Monitor contract compliance and support risk mitigation activities.
• Coordinate procurement activities with CAPEX/OPEX budgets.
• Work with SAP/ERP and contract management systems.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and IT stakeholders.
• Manage high-value IT contracts and support commercial procurement decisions.
• Ensure alignment between IT procurement requirements and organisational objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in IT contract management, procurement, or supply chain.
• Arabic-speaking candidates only.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial sector is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IT contracts, tendering, sourcing, and vendor management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP and contract management systems.
• Good understanding of CAPEX/OPEX budgets and procurement alignment.
• Experience managing:
  • Software licensing contracts
  • SaaS agreements
  • Cloud service contracts
  • IT infrastructure contracts
  • Cybersecurity contracts
• Expertise in contract drafting and negotiation support.
• Knowledge of contract compliance and risk mitigation.
• Strong coordination skills across Legal, Finance, Procurement, and IT departments.
• Experience handling high-value IT contracts and supplier performance evaluations.

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
