Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and oversee IT delivery workstreams under Project WAHED in Qatar. The role involves managing large-scale enterprise technology programs across applications, integrations, data migration, reporting, and digital transformation.

The ideal candidate must have proven aviation or airport industry experience combined with strong IT program management expertise. Experience with Oracle Fusion, Primavera Unifier, enterprise applications, data governance, service transition, and large-scale ERP programs will be highly relevant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all IT delivery workstreams under Project WAHED.
• Manage enterprise applications, integrations, data migration, reporting, and technology dependencies.
• Coordinate with MATAR, QR IT, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Oversee integration, testing, cutover, data readiness, and go-live activities.
• Drive governance forums, steering committees, decision-making, and issue resolution.
• Ensure operational readiness, service transition, compliance, and delivery quality.
• Manage vendor and system integrator performance.
• Provide executive-level program reporting and status updates.
• Ensure effective coordination across business and technology stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT programs.
• Mandatory aviation or airport industry experience.
• Strong experience with aviation/airport IT programs.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion and Primavera Unifier.
• Experience with large-scale ERP and digital transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of data migration and data governance.
• Experience with enterprise applications and system integration.
• Knowledge of program governance and IT portfolio management.
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with IT service transition and operational readiness.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
