Roles Overview:-

Lead large-scale technology and transformation projects across Securities, Custody, Fund Administration, and Investment Operations.
Manage end-to-end implementation of securities and investment operations platforms.
Drive delivery across business, technology, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:-

Lead end-to-end Securities, Custody, Fund Administration, and Investment Operations transformation projects .
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Lead implementation and integration of securities and investment operations platforms.
Coordinate business requirements, product gap analysis, solution design, integration, and data migration .
Manage complex multi-vendor transformation programs and technology partners.
Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Ensure projects meet quality, security, operational, and regulatory requirements.
Drive project governance, reporting, steering committee meetings, and executive communication.
Lead cross-functional teams through planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition.

Skills & Requirements:-

15+ years of experience in banking technology and transformation.
8+ years leading large-scale Securities, Custody, Fund Administration, or Investment Operations platform implementations.
Experience delivering complex multi-vendor transformation programs .
Strong stakeholder management experience with senior business and technology executives.
PMP Certification .
Strong expertise in Enterprise Project/Program Management .
Experience in platform transformation, product gap analysis, solution design, systems integration, and data migration .
Strong vendor, budget, risk, schedule, and change management skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
