Supervise daily IT operations and provide technical support to employees and restaurant branches
Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems networks printers POS systems and other IT equipment
Oversee restaurant POS systems order management systems and food delivery platform integrations
Coordinate with IT service providers and vendors to resolve technical issues
Monitor network connectivity system performance data security and backup procedures
Manage IT equipment software installations user accounts and access permissions
Ensure the smooth operation of technology systems across all branches
Minimum 5–6 years of relevant IT experience, including supervisory or team leadership responsibilities.
Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
Experience with restaurant POS systems and food delivery platform integrations is an advantage.
Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID.
