We are seeking a proactive and reliable IT Support Specialist to join the AI Capitalteam. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IToperations, providing technical support to staff, and maintaining reliable and secure ITsystems across the organization. Your problem-solving skills and hands-on approach willdirectly support our fast-growing real estate business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for employees, systems, and office operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage and support CRM systems, email platforms, and office productivitysoftware.
- Maintain basic cybersecurity standards and ensure best practices are followed.
- Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementations.
- Monitor and maintain IT assets, including computers, printers, and networkdevices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in an IT Support or similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, and office hardware.
- Excellent troubleshooting and quick problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
