IT Technical Engineer

The IT Technical Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting and implementation of IT solutions for clients. This role requires a strong understanding of networking systems administration and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• Proven experience as an IT Technical Engineer or similar role (2 years preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows Linux) and network protocols.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
