IT Tender & PMO Coordinator

Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time

The incumbent ofthis role will be responsible for preparation of tender document, tender plans,overall coordination of tendering process in IT departments of KAHRAMAA andsmooth functioning of tendering processes for IT projects with inKAHRAMAA.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Involve in Project coordination once the LOA is done till completion.

· Involve in pre- and post-project activities from inception till the LOAis done.

· Assist Program Manager in compiling Status reports.

· Organize Project meetings with Steering groups, Project Managers, andother stakeholders.

· Responsible in driving Tender & Commercial Evaluation and Approvalphase • Responsible for coordination during Awarding andLOA Phase

· Responsible for coordination during Publishing the Tender.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

· Good Command on English, Arabic (Not Mandatory, but Preferred)

· Demonstrate Effective Communication skills.

· In depth knowledge about Tendering Process in GCC Region (Esp State ofQatar)

· Strong influence and negotiation skills

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION

· A relevant Degree

· Minium 12 Years of Experience with relevance in IT Tendering/Procurement Area including MS Office Suite.

· Effective organizational and written communication skills.
