Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a talented adminstrative professional to join its collaborative support team. Unlike a traditional legal admin role, this position operates within a team-based support model where work is assigned through a centralized workflow system, providing exposure to a variety of attorneys, practice areas, and business functions.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on-site.

Job Overview:

• Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
• Arrange domestic and international travel and process expense reimbursements.
• Assist with attorney time entry, billing support, and matter management activities.
• Coordinate new business intake requests, conflict checks, and matter openings.
• Prepare, revise, format, and proofread legal and business documents.
• Create correspondence, memoranda, briefs, motions, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Partner with attorneys and internal departments to complete assignments and special projects.
• Provide exceptional administrative support while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• One year (post college) of administrative, legal support, or professional services experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proven by testing with the firm.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting multiple professionals or executives.
• Familiarity with legal terminology, legal document formatting, and document management.
• Bachelor's degree and one year of administrative experience, or no degree and three plus years of administrative support experience.
