Jr. Meta Media Buyer (Creative-First, D2C) Neuroid Media · New Delhi (Hybrid — 4 days in office) · Full-time · 0.5–1.5 years experience Most juniors are taught to manage ad sets. We'll teach you to read people. Because the account isn't where growth happens. The creative is. Budgets, bid strategies and CBO settings can be learned in a fortnight - knowing why a hook stopped a scroll takes longer, and that's the part we care about. If you're 6 months to 1.5 years into Meta buying and you've already started suspecting that the ad, not the algorithm, is the variable that matters — this is the room you want to be in. Who we are Neuroid is an integrated growth & creative studio for D2C brands - performance media, performance creatives and AI-powered ad systems under one roof. Our buyers sit next to the strategists and editors making the ads, not three floors away from them. You'll ship, learn and see the result the same week. What you'll actually do: Live inside the accounts. Daily checks, budget pacing, ad set structure, naming hygiene, QA before launch. The unglamorous discipline that makes everything else possible. Run the creative testing engine. Build the test plans, launch the batches, track them cleanly, report what won and what died. You own the creative scoreboard for your brands. Watch ads, not just dashboards. You'll actually watch the winners — ours and competitors' — and have a point of view: which hook, which angle, which persona, which 3 seconds did the work. Write the brief behind the next test. Not the final creative. The insight: who we're talking to, what objection we're breaking, what the ad should make them feel. Read the funnel, not just the account. Look past ROAS — at AOV, CAC, MER, LP conversion rate, offer, post-purchase flow. Most "Meta problems" aren't Meta problems. Report like an operator. Clean weekly numbers, an honest read of what moved them, a plan for next week. No screenshot dumps. You're the right person if 6 months–1.5 years of hands-on Meta buying — agency or in-house, D2C preferred. You've launched campaigns yourself. You have taste and opinions about ads. You save creatives you like. You can argue why one static beat another. You understand the D2C growth funnel — traffic to ATC to checkout to repeat — and what CAC, AOV, ROAS and MER mean for profit. Comfortable in Ads Manager: structure, audiences, placements, budget, basic troubleshooting. Organised. Naming conventions, trackers and follow-ups don't slip with you. Genuinely hungry — you ask the second question, not just the first. You're NOT the right person if Your idea of creative input is "let's try new creatives." You want a checklist handed to you and the laptop shut at 6. Certificates are your strongest proof. We want work. You blame the pixel, the algorithm or the iOS update before you've looked at the ad. What you get here A senior buyer and a creative strategist actively training you — structured feedback, not "figure it out." Real budgets on real D2C brands from month one. Ownership early, more the moment you earn it. A front-row seat to how creative, funnel and media connect — the thing most juniors don't see for three years. Hybrid in New Delhi, 4 days in office — at this stage of your career, proximity to senior people is the fastest way to get good. Think this is you? Apply now Send us your resume at
