Junior Accountant A well-established company in Al-Khor is seeking a Junior Accountant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be a fresh graduate with a degree in Accounting or Finance. This is a contract position without accommodation, therefore candidates with their own visa and living in Al-Khor will be given preference.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
Conducting daily accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable
Monitor and maintain the company's financial records
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Prepare tax documents and assist with audits
Keep track of expenses, budgets, and other financial transactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial information
Adhere to accounting principles and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role is a plus
Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (Quickbooks preferred)
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and within a team
Own visa and currently living in Al-Khor preferred
Salary: 1800$ per month
