Junior Commis Chef - (Immediate Joiners)

We are looking for motivated and hardworking Junior Commis to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

What You'll Do:

• Assist chefs with daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and kitchen areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation.
• Follow instructions from senior chefs and contribute positively to the team.

What Are We Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Commis or in a professional kitchen is preferred.
• Culinary qualification is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
