We are a reputable construction company based in Ar-Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Construction Manager to join our team. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of various construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues or conflicts.
- Prepare progress reports for senior management.
- Manage project budget and schedule to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and other team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in construction management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Proven ability to read project plans and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site at various locations as needed.
