As a Junior Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of various construction projects. Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site. Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues or conflicts. Prepare progress reports for senior management. Manage project budget and schedule to ensure timely completion within budget constraints. Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and other team members. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in construction management or related field. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials. Proven ability to read project plans and specifications. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
