The Junior Corporate Consultant supports clients with company set-up, licensing, immigration, banking, compliance, and corporate administration across UAE mainland and free zone jurisdictions. The role coordinates with government authorities, free zones, banks, and service providers to ensure efficient business set-up execution, regulatory compliance, and smooth delivery of corporate services.
Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Business, Finance, Legal or related.
Experience: 2 years minimum as Business and Immigration Consultant in the UAE
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), understand CRM
Attitude: Professional, polite, resourceful, open-minded, detail-oriented, team player
Certified in Compliance or Governance (ICA, ACAMS)
Experience as Corporate Secretary
Experience with Foundations, SPVs, Cell Companies (DIFC, ADGM, RAKICC)
Valid UAE Driving License with own car
Arabic speaking is a plus
