who will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their preferences, performing haircuts, coloring, and styling services, and providing expert advice on hair care and product selection. 1-responsibilities
Consultation & Advice
Interview clients to understand hair goals and preferences. Provide personalized recommendations for hairstyles and hair care routines based on hair type, texture, and facial features. Hair Services
Perform hair treatments including shampooing, conditioning, cutting, trimming, coloring (dyes, tints, bleaches), straightening, perming, and styling. Maintain skills in modern and trending hairstyles. Product Knowledge & Sales
Recommend and cross-sell hair care and styling products to clients. Advise clients on appropriate products for maintaining hair health and style at home. Wig & Hairpiece Care
Clean, color, cut, and style wigs and hairpieces as needed. Hygiene & Safety
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area. Sterilize tools and equipment to prevent the spread of germs. Client Experience & Business Growth
Deliver a professional, friendly, and cooperative demeanor to all clients, including walk-ins. Foster positive client relationships and contribute to repeat business and new client generation. 2-qualifications
Diploma or certificate in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, or related field. Knowledge of hair care products, styling techniques, and current trends. Understanding of hygiene and safety standards in salons. 3-experience
1-2 years of experience as a Hairdresser in a professional salon environment. Proven experience in cutting, coloring, styling, and consulting clients. Experience with wig and hairpiece styling is a plus.
