Junior Merchandiser - Ar-Ruwais, UAE We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with product planning, inventory management, and analyzing sales data. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for retail. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the merchandising team to plan and develop product assortments Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product pricing and promotions Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform merchandising strategies Assist with creating visual displays to showcase products in-store Communicate regularly with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products Participate in regular store visits to gather customer feedback and assess product performance Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools Passion for retail and knowledge of current market trends Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus) Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Salary Salary for this position is 1000$ per month. Location This position is based in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. Local candidates are preferred but we welcome applicants from all nationalities. Contract Type This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance. Experience No previous experience is required for this role. However, candidates with prior retail or merchandising experience will be given preference. Other Requirements Candidates must possess a valid biometric passport and be willing to travel within the UAE for store visits as needed.
