Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules
• Maintaining office supplies and inventory
• Organizing and filing documents both physically and digitally
• Providing administrative support to various departments as needed
• Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry
• Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary

The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location

This job is located in Lusail, Qatar.
