As P&C Activator, you will support the People & Culture team and project leadership in making MOTN a positive experience for everyone bringing it to life. This is a hands-on, on-site role where you will coordinate daily workforce administration, employee communication and engagement activities throughout build, live and dismantle. You will act as a key link between staff, freelancers, the P&C team and project leadership, helping people feel looked after and picking up issues early.
