Job Title: Junior Product/ Migration Support

Reports to: Head of Commercial Cards

Relevant experience: 13 years of experience inpayments product supportoperations or migrationrelated work

Mandatory requirements:

1. Strong understanding ofcommercial card product nuancesand the operational implications ofproduct changes.
2. Ability to independently drivemigration tasks and follow throughon execution milestones.
3. Strong coordination andcommunication skills to supportdelivery across teams and markets.
4. Data and analytics capability is astrong advantage.
5. Exposure to CMS card platforms orcore processing environments ispreferred.
6. Comfortable working in anexecution-focused support rolewithin a regional delivery team.
7. Able to manage multipleworkstreams across migrationproduct support and BAU activities.
8. Experience supporting cross-marketinitiatives is an advantage

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
This is a Product execution-focused support role within clients Commercial cards Team. The resource will play a key role inmanaging CMS migration activities while also supporting the initial product and operational setup required for regionalexpansion across Oman KSA and Egypt.
Alongside migration delivery the role will contribute to ongoing product-based and BAU activities across the portfolio. The2026 focus areas include migration to NI Core support for the co-brand initiative Oman and KSA expansion and day-to-dayexecution support across clients Commercial Card Innovation

Key Activities
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Migration & Execution Support:

1. Manage day-to-day CMS migration activities including tracking actions coordinating dependencies and supportingexecution against agreed timelines.
2. Independently drive assigned migration tasks prepare working materials support issue resolution and follow up withrelevant stakeholders to ensure delivery progress.
3. Support product and operational setup for regional expansion across Oman KSA and Egypt including readinessactivities documentation and coordination across teams.
   
   

Product & BAU Support:

1. Provide ongoing product-based and BAU support across clients Commercial Card Innovation. ensuring continuity ofexecution alongside migration work.
2. Contribute to 2026 priority activities including NI Core migration co brand support Oman and KSA expansion andbroader portfolio support requirements.
3. Assist with tracking reporting and analysis of delivery activities; use data and analytics where applicable to supportdecision-making and highlight risks or opportunities
