Location: New Hyde Park, NY – Hybrid

Onsite: Monday–Wednesday | Remote: Thursday–Friday

⏳ Duration: 3 months + potential extension

Pay Rate: $20–25/hr W2

Job Title: Associate IT&S Project Manager

TSR Consulting is seeking an Associate IT&S Project Manager to support the planning and execution of IT&S projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills to gain experience in an enterprise IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, maintain, and archive project documentation

- Support IT&S projects following established project lifecycle processes

- Track project interdependencies, constraints, and risks

- Prepare meeting agendas and summarize project/strategy meetings

- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and IT stakeholders

- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation

- Assist with project coordination and related activities

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

- 0–1 year of project coordination or project management experience

- Strong documentation and meeting-summary skills

- Excellent organization and attention to detail

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work within established project processes

Preferred:

- Familiarity with project lifecycle frameworks

- Experience with project/portfolio dependency tracking

- Exposure to process improvement initiatives
