Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager – Cybersecurity to drive business growth across strategic enterprise accounts. The role will focus on developing long-term client relationships, identifying cybersecurity opportunities, and positioning integrated security solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key enterprise accounts across cybersecurity and IT.
- Build strong relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads, Security Heads and senior decision-makers .
- Identify new cybersecurity opportunities and drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Develop opportunities around Network Security, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, IAM, SOC/SIEM, XDR, Vulnerability Management and Data Security .
- Work closely with pre‑sales, solution architects and technology vendors to develop customer‑specific solutions.
- Drive RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, commercial negotiations and contract closures.
- Develop account plans, pipeline and revenue forecasts for assigned accounts.
- Expand existing accounts through cross‑selling and up‑selling of cybersecurity and IT solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and strategic partners.
Ideal Candidate
- 5-10 years of B2B IT / Cybersecurity sales experience , preferably with an SI, MSSP, VAR or technology solutions provider.
- Strong experience managing enterprise/key accounts and selling cybersecurity solutions.
- Existing relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT/Security Heads will be highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation and account‑management skills.
- Experience working with cybersecurity OEMs/vendors is preferred.
