The role includes dishwashing, cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils, waste handling, and maintaining clean kitchen areas throughout service. Key

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Clean kitchen equipment according to instructions.
• Maintain dishwashing areas in an organised condition.
• Handle and dispose of waste correctly.
• Follow hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Support cleaning activities before, during and after service.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
• Assist the kitchen team with general cleaning
