Key Responsibilities
- Carry out site surveys and setting-out activities for construction projects.
- Establish and verify site coordinates, benchmarks, levels, and reference points.
- Perform setting out for foundations, columns, walls, slabs, and other structural elements.
- Operate surveying equipment, including Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS/GNSS instruments.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and coordinate with site engineers to ensure accurate execution.
- Conduct as-built surveys and maintain accurate survey records and reports.
- Verify dimensions, alignments, and elevations in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to resolve surveying discrepancies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in the construction industry.
- Previous experience with a main contracting or building construction company is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience with Total Station, Auto Level, and other surveying instruments.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, setting‑out procedures, coordinates, and levels.
- Ability to work independently on construction sites in Dubai.
